Like the idea?
We like you too:)
We rely on our members’ passion and commitment to social innovation. Join us to show your support and help us become a global movement. Join us!
Spread the good vibes. Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, send our content to your friends.
We work with respected organisational and individual partners around the globe who promote the association through their networks. If you have a relevant network you could invite to join us, get in touch at email@example.com to discuss how to become an official ambassador and what benefits this brings for you or your organisation.
We accept individual and organisational donations to help us make the social innovation movement bigger, louder and above all, more professional. All donations will be invested in the Social Innovation Association. Thank you so much!
Note: As we are not a charity, your donation will not be tax exempt.
We regularly accept global (online) internship applications from students in relevant fields (such as innovation, management, marketing, development, non-profit management, sociology, political sciences, business, journalism… and others). Typically, our internships run for 3-6 months and are unpaid. However, performance bonuses are up for discussion and of course, we provide our interns with references and letters of recommendation. As we work 100% online, the internship is also based online. We require proficient English, a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and good digital/online skills. We would love to hear from you: please send a short motivation letter and your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
N.B. For students based in Luxembourg, we can offer a stationary and paid internship contract.
Are you interested in writing and publishing about social innovation? Well, you’re in the right place!
We welcome authors involved in the social innovation field to submit their post ideas. We ask that you pitch your ideas in the form of a 250-word summary instead of sending us full articles. That way we can determine if the post is a good fit before you spend a lot of time writing it.
Benefits for Guest Authors
A bio at the end of each post with a picture, social media handles and links of your choice
Promotion of your post (mentioning your name) on our social media channels
Expectations of Guest Authors
Create original content that is novel, leading edge and interesting for our members and target audience
You can repost an excerpt of your article on your personal blog or website, but we ask that you do not republish the whole post
Respond to comments on your posts quickly (and of course be respectful)
Typically, our blog posts are 800-1,000 words long, but if it takes more to write a great post we’re open to it
Here are a few things we look for in blog posts and story pitches:
Clarity – We know you’re smart. But this isn’t an academic thesis. Your language should be clear and easily accessible.
Freshness – Our members love coming across something fresh, or a new take on a tired topic.
Social innovation focus – We look for guest writers to tailor their content to provide value to our social innovation audience. If your pitch doesn’t have a clear social innovation angle, we likely won’t be able to accept it.
Send Over Your Ideas
If you’re interested in doing some guest writing, please get in touch at email@example.com. Typically, we follow up in a couple of days.
Other ideas for collaboration? We welcome all requests for collaboration such as participation in research or innovation consortia, international projects, common promotion opportunities and more.
Our team members have successfully created the Social Innovation Academy.
Our team also has experience developing winning grant proposals, innovation and education projects in programmes such as the European Commission’s Horizon2020 or Erasmus+. Reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss potential collaboration.
