Dariusz is a co-founder and manager of Limitless, leading the Social Innovation Academy and Social Innovation Association. He is an experienced finance professional with business acumen and drive for positive change. Dariusz holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from University of Lodz (Poland) and Master’s degree in International Business from University of Maastricht (The Netherlands). Dariusz completed the Private Equity Program at the University of Oxford (UK). For his clients, he manages several privately-funded companies and investment projects of total value $ 150 M as Board Member, Financial Manager or Group Controller. He reports directly to the President of the Board and the Shareholder. Previously, Dariusz worked as Group Consolidation Controller for an international commodity trading Group ($6B consolidated revenue) and acted as Financial Controller of the Group’s investment arm assisting in investments valuations. Before that, Dariusz worked as a senior auditor for one of the Big Four auditing firms.

Lidia Gryszkiewicz, PhD

Lidia is an experienced strategist and a Partner at The Impact Lab. In the past, she had advised private and public clients with Arthur D. Little, a global advisory firm, and run strategic projects for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Amsterdam. She has worked as a researcher for Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology and collaborated with universities of Oxford, London and UCL on collaborative change-making, crowdsourcing, open innovation and collective creativity topics, with special focus on innovation labs and hubs. Her work has been featured in Stanford Social Innovation Review and Forbes, and she is a regular speaker at international conferences. Lidia holds a PhD in innovation management from Louvain Academy (Belgium), a Master in International Business from Maastricht University (The Netherlands) and a Master in Management and Strategy from University of Lodz (Poland). She has also completed the Creating Shared Value programme at Harvard Business School, led by Michael Porter.

Greg is “a people person” and sociology is his true passion. At Limitless his main focus is developing the Social Innovation Academy, where he plays a great role as the community and content manager. In the past, he held a position as a sociologist for an NGO providing ‘social alert’ services where he had an opportunity to work with a large variety of people of different backgrounds, ages and social statuses. He has experience with conducting interviews, behavioral studies, observation and counselling. Being the youngest in the team, Greg always brings in new ideas, fresh perspectives, news and tools from the 21stcentury and is the team’s ambassador to the millennials’ generation.

Ama Marston

Ama Marston is an internationally recognized strategy and leadership expert, entrepreneur and co-author of Type R: Transformative Resilience for Thriving in a Turbulent World. She has worked on five continents with leaders like Mary Robinson, first female President of Ireland, and Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel Laureate economist as well as FTSE and Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations, Oxford University, NGOs, governments, and local communities. Ama’s work has been widely featured including in the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Slate and numerous others as well as in innovation forums such as SXSW and UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology. She has long been hailed as a leader, original thinker, and innovator and she has won several awards, including a Council of Women World Leaders Fellowship. Ama earned a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Ama is an avid art & nature lover. She studied photography and visual arts in her early years as well as creative writing & journalism.

Carolina Parisi

Carolina Parisi is a lawyer and is currently Director for Legal & Regulatory at Brookfield Asset Management in Luxembourg. She has multi-cultural experience having also worked on a green field project in India and lectured Commercial and Tax Law in Brazil. She is also passionate about education, social causes and impact. In Brazil, she is one of the founders and member of the non-governmental organisation AME (“Minas Action for Education”) – which educates vulnerable groups and promotes informed and responsible citizenship later incorporated into the Federal Industry Confederation of Minas Gerais social program. In Luxembourg, she is the Founding Curator of the Luxembourg City Hub of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. She is also Global Dignity’s country chair, co-founder of Bitvalley – a blockchain advisory startup dedicated among others to promote micro-insurance using blockchain technology and space assets, and a board member of our Social Innovation Academy. Carolina holds a BA in Law, a M.Sc. in Tax Law from the University of Minas Gerais (Brazil) and an Executive MBA from the European School of Business (Germany).

Tuukka Toivonen is an expert on creativity in entrepreneurship, collaborative spaces, teams and social innovation whose research has been funded, among others, by the ESRC, the Skoll Foundation and the John Templeton Foundation. Born in Helsinki, educated in Japan and the UK, he gained a PhD from the University of Oxford in 2009. Tuukka worked primarily in global academia for a decade, serving as Senior Lecturer in Social and Economic Innovation at UCL in 2016-2018. He recently set up Creative Friction Ltd to help innovative organisations power up their most value-adding creative interactions. He maintains links to several leading academic institutions and holds formal associate professor-level appointments at STEaPP, University College London and GLOCOM, International University of Japan. Tuukka has most recently published on the creative process in coworking (with professor Carsten Sorensen of the LSE) and national social innovation competitions (with SITRA and co-authors Nordbäck & Takala of Aalto University and UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, respectively).

Yonah A. Welker (Yonah Artemis Welker) is an entrepreneur and technology influencer. Driven by the story of his rare neurological illness, he has turned it into a comprehensive entrepreneurial journey at the intersection of deeptech, impact and human development projects. After his previous ventures, he presents the Yonah Fund, HQ and related projects that empower communities and talents to build solutions for better feeling, thinking and performing. Besides, Yonah is always on the lookout of exceptional innovators, founders and talents including “rising stars” under 18-25 and mature innovators. His involvements include such ecosystems as Singularity, MIT, MassChallenge, Unreasonable Institute, Alchemist, Ashoka, multilateral organizations as World Economic Forum, various technology programs and competitions across the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa. Yonah is also an Advisor to the Social Innovation Academy.

A dynamic, versatile and result driven professional with career spanning across Engineering, FMCG, Social Innovation and community development projects with proven track records and recognitions in and outside Africa. He has an engineering background with a BSc degree in Civil Engineering and an accredited Engineer with Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has MBA (specializing in Small Business and Entrepreneurship) and MSc in Energy Economics/Renewable Energy. Adetunji is the founder of Hopefield Network, a Social Enterprise that leverages a network of undergraduates and young professionals to initiate and execute community projects in Education and Social Innovation. The project has grown from 5 volunteers and 1 project in 2015 to 4 staff, 165 volunteers and 10 projects in 2018. The organization has also received local and international recognitions and a case study feature on Social Innovation Academy.

Anita Fuzi

Anita is a recognized coworking professional. She possesses expert knowledge on the enabling features that enhance creativity, increase productivity and stimulate collaborative activities in coworking spaces. Besides being the Strategic Adviser at Cowork7/24, she is an Innovation Associate at Limitless, and the Head of International Research at Evelo Agency. She co-founded Coworking Circle with the aim to connect coworking enthusiasts via monthly virtual sessions to support each other on their journey into the coworking universe. In the past, she has worked for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Health KIC in Budapest on business creation and education projects. She has also worked as a researcher at various universities in Hungary, Austria and the UK, and has been a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She holds a PhD in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a research focus on coworking spaces and entrepreneurship, and a Master in Economics from the University of West Hungary.

Caroline Shaheera Asante

Caroline Shaheera Asante is a British-born former BBC Broadcaster turned sustainability professional and environmentalist, with 13+ years experience in senior media, public, corporate communications and digital content making. She is the founder and executive director of the UK’s first Eco Living Festival in Cambridge (September 2018). The idea for such a festival was initiated in 2017, whilst Caroline was undertaking her post-grad MSc in Sustainability at the Global Sustainable Institute (GSI) Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. Caroline has a deep understanding of sustainability issues and behaviour change, combined with her broadcasting and media experience, she has an advanced level of expertise on sustainable consumption patterns and public transition to ethical household purchasing. She is currently planning the second Eco Living Festival in July 2019, consulting and delivering workshops on green entrepreneurism for clients, and is developing a brand gender-targeted eco-media platform to launch later in 2019, which will include visual and audio editorial, climate art, sustainable fashion design and social innovation content.
